Refund of cancelled postage label

I generated a postage label on ebay on 4th October- but it came with an incorrect parcel size. So, I cancelled the label and then got a new label created by the courier directly. On my Transaction Activity the postage label is still showing as "completed" with the amount deduction, despite me cancelling it. How can I get that transaction cancelled and the label amount refunded.

Refund of cancelled postage label

The tracking for the label that was used has to be added onto ebay before you can cancel the original one to get a refund.    Do that  via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking on a desktop browser.

If you paid for the original label the listing would have had "Free postage" on it and you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller

If the buyer paid for it (if the cost was displayed on the listing that means the buyer paid)  it will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.

Thanks for sharing the link. I tried to submit the refund request a few times (double checking the order ID), but it comes with the below error:

Refund Request Submitted

It looks like there was an issue with the order ID provided. Please double-check the order ID and try again.

Your listing for the soundbar has Special Delivery on it which is not a Simple Delivery option.   Are you sure the buyer didn't pay for it?
