Refund not received

Sent back item for refund as it was not as described on listing. Seller received return on 08/01/25, however still not received my refund. Trying a way to contact with eBay for help but nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

I am hoping/assuming that you returned it through an Ebay case.

You need to go back to the case and ask Ebay to step in.

As long as tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, they will refund you from the seller's linked bank account.
