Good morning
I sold an item for £52 yesterday but had to cancel 10 minutes later as the buyer wanted to collect in person. A refund was issued and my account funds are now saying -£52. My question is "will I still recieve the funds from the sale to cover the cost of the refund?"
On the "available funds section" it says they should have been available on the 23rd april so im now not sure if im at a loss of £52 or the funds will be paid to me to cover my loss of refunding the buyer
Thankyou

If there is no money in the Available section of your Payment Summary, then eBay will use your back up source you registered for this purpose, which is usually your bank account.
Once the refund is made, then the money from the sale will be released to you.
