Refund for damaged item in transit

I cannot send a damaged item back because it needs photos of the damage. I do not have a  smart phone so i cannot take them. The system will not let me do so without photos. What can i do as i am 78 and not able to navigate modern tech, regards Trevor

Any photo of the item will do so try copying the one on the listing, or maybe a friend could do that for you.

You will need a photo showing the damage.

 

Do you have a friend/neighbour or relative who can take one for you?
