Refund for cancelled postage label

Hi, I recently sold an item . When I came to posting it , I paid and printed off a Royal Mail postage label which unfortunately was incorrect as it was for the wrong ( lighter weight) . I cancelled this label and redid the correct label . So I've now paid for 2 labels and whilst  I've received the cost of one from the buyer , I haven't received a refund from eBay for the  nacelles label . How do I get this refunded?

Re: Refund for cancelled postage label

If you cancelled on ebay the cost should have been refunded.   Just check again.  On your orders page select Postage Labels on the left-hand side.   Go to the dropdown actions menu next to the label and select Void Label.

If it has been done but no money back contact ebay about it using callback on here:

Re: Refund for cancelled postage label

Thank you for your reply. I can’t see any “ void label” action. However , I
can see that the incorrect label is described as “ cancellation requested”
. I’ve used the eBay customer support callback facility and they say it
should be reimbursed within 15 days and it’s only been 10 days to date. So
hopefully will be reimbursed in the next few days . Thanks again
