Refund dispute

I contacted a seller immediately on receipt as item was faulty. He has dragged it on and on with try this and that and the item is now out of return date and seller is no longer responding. How can i raise a dispute with Ebay as the system just has me going round and round in circles!

Refund dispute

You cannot I'm afraid.

It's a ploy by some sellers to drag out the period for you to claim with excuse and false promises then when that strict  30 day timeline has lapsed you cannot then ask or claim anything more from eBay,  and will need to turn to your payment provider now for help with your refund.

Too late now;  the Seller has (intentionally ?) run you out of time to open a case. Sorry.

FFR --- If you receive an item/s 'Not as described', (ie. faulty/not authentic etc.) use this link to open an official return case within 30 days from receipt for a full refund --- follow the case instructions carefully. >

Outside the 30 day guarantee period, contact your Bank/Card supplier for advice re :- Chargeback.

A buyer only gets 30 days to raise a return for a faulty item, so if your out of time to open one you would need to contact your payment provider for help, and also leave the seller the relevant feedack ( keep feedback short and respectful so it doesn't  get removed by ebay)
