I was offered a refund by an eBay customer service agent three days ago. She told me it would take seven days to process. I asked her if I would definitely receive the refund or if the decision could be changed. Her reply was, You will be refunded definitely. This is on me. I received an email from a different agent today stating that the refund has been declined. I then called customer service, but they have been of no help at all. Please could you give me advice on this
