Refund but no answer

Hello, dealing with a company that simply won't speed up a cancellation. Day 3 and won't get a refund unless they take action. Any ideas to take? Thank you.

Did they agree to cancel?

If you have paid and the item doesn't arrive, you will have to open an item not received case to get your money back.
