Received offer from buyer with no information known about them

Hiya. Trying to sell a Nintendo Switch, received a few offers, but the only one that wasn't automatically declined was from a buyer with little to no information. They only have 2 feedback points, and said feedback is as a buyer from the same seller over a year ago. On top of that, their address is just a vague postcode. Any thoughts? Cheers in advance!

Not everyone uses their eBay account to buy regularly , this buyer may wish to buy that one item now , found yours on eBay and sent in an offer.

Not sure why you are seeing a postcode,  full address details are only revealed after payment.

Up to you if you wish to accept or decline, but it's not showing any red flags to me.
