Hi,
Apologies if this has been asked before, I'm new to selling on eBay! I recently sold an item, and on the order details page, after all of the deductions such as 'buyer protection fee, postage, VAT' it states my order earnings will be £4.34. However this morning, expecting to see this I only received £1.30 into my eBay balance! I'm really unsure as to why...
Thank you all!

We have no access to your account so cannot see the breakdown of fees and payout received.
This will show you:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/fin/transactions
If there is an ' Ad Fee' there, this means you have selected a Promotion and these General Promos are charged when the item sells.
Add any of the following optional listing upgrades, and they all come with a non refundable listing fee.
This is payable sale or no sale and charged the second the item goes live.
Reserves: 4% of the set reserve ( maximum £150 per item)
Subtitles: £2
Listing in 2 categories: 35p
Gallery Plus: £2.50 ( free for clothes and shoes)
Listings with duration 1 - 3 days 35p
As a tip, before clicking on the final List Item With Displayed Fees button, glance just above it, it should read £0.00 Listing Fee.
If there is a fee amount listed there, you have selected an upgrade, and if you wish, it gives you time to scroll up and remove the payable upgrade.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply! Here's a breakdown of the fees for this item. This is what I'm confused about... I know it's only a few pounds, and I'm probably missing something, but I'm not sure what.
