Random direct debit amounts

Recently the bank account linked to my eBay has been charged random amounts from direct debit first it started off with my account being credited now I’m having direct debits coming out. Some are £10 and above I can’t see any evidence of these on my payment tab within my eBay account, what are these for? They have reference numbers but I can’t seem to find them anywhere. Can anyone help?

You need to contact eBay Customer Services,  they have access to your account and can explain any charges for you.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Have you looked at ALL TRANSACTIONS in PAYMENTS. Every thing is shown there so these debits to bank account should show as credits to payments.

Yeah I’ve checked all transactions, but il contact eBay now! Appreciate the quick reply 🙏
