Hi, everyone, i'm a private seller and buyer with 100% positive feedback and have been with Ebay for 7 yrs. I bought a record advertised as new and sealed. Unfortunately when playing track 2 it started jumping due to a small scratch. Due to having a stroke i did not open this record until after a 30 day period and now the seller has said the best he can do is offer 15% off my next purchase with him. I asked for an exchange or refund but he  keeps banging on about the 30 day period for exchanges.  can't get through to Ebay to discuss this matter as everytime i selet item it says i need to discuss with seller and not them. Am i being unreasonable in asking because of the circumstances can he exchange or refund. What can i do in this situation? please help. Thank you. Jason

Hi Jason, I'm afraid you only 30 days to raise a return with a seller for a refund or return,so your now out of time to make a claim via ebay.However if the seller is kind enough to offer you a part refund outside of the money back gurantee,best to accept it.
