I HAVE RECENTLY HAD TO REFUND A BUYER FOR RETURNED ITEM. BUYER DIDNT WANT,AS ITEM DIDNT FIT, TOO SMALL. ALL MEASUREMENTS WERE CLEARLY STATED. SO IN THAT CASE THE BUYER SHOULD HAVE PAID FOR POSTAGE OUT GOING TOO. THIS IS UK LAW. BUT EBAY HAS CHARGED ME ! SO I HAVE LOST £3.55 !
THERE WAS NO OTHER OPTION FOR ME, TO CHOOSE, SO DOES THIS MEAN I HAVE TO LOSE MONEY ,EVERYTIME A CUSTMER JUST CHANGED THEIR MIND ? SURELY THIS IS AGIANST UK LAW.
