REFUND

I wanted to return an item so ebay sent me a tracking label which didnt work so I purchased my own label via royal mail 24 tracked.

I cant get in touch to even speak to somebody from ebay to tell me this and nearly a fortnight since i sent it back to the seller who never even replied to any emails, im still waiting on my refund of over £100

Can anyone help?

Contact Ebay and ask them to change the tracking to the correct one.
