To add to the advice given, does this seller post internationally ?

Sellers are advised only to post items to the delivery details on the order.  If you have a different address registered for delivery in your eBay account,  you need to change this to the one required at eBay checkout before you pay.

At checkout you will find delivery address details on the let hand side.  As said , may not be possible if the seller does not post to the States.
