Hi, I have always had 100% feedback, but now it is showing 99.3%, how can that be when all my feedback from customers is goo and positive? I find that I am really concerned about this as a lot of buyers check feedback, so how do I put this right?
I have requested that the feedback be removed as the Jeans in question were posted with 2 other items which she acknowledged receiving, I have proof of delivery of the item in question which I forwarded on at the time, what is your opinion on this please?
