Purchased using Klarna, payment taken from bank but Klarna or eBay haven't updated to say whether my purchase has gone through.

On your Purchase History page to the right of the item purchased, does it say PAY NOW or TRACK POSTAGE?
Showing Track postage means payment has successfully gone through, but if the former, then it seems your payment hasn't gone through correctly.

The app is hopeless, can you switch to a laptop / PC and use Chrome ,that works well with eBay, check your Purchase history from that device and browser.

Mmm, looks like access to your account is needed to see what has happened here, and for that you need to contact eBay Customer Services .
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Thank you, I've just thought of another possibility.
Look back at the item being sold, is Klarna actually there as a payment option? Not all listings have Klarna as an option. If it's not there perhaps get in contact with Klarna, sorry you'll need to Google how to do this, ask them where this payment has ended up.
