Purchased order from last year that I need a receipt with a VAT number on the receipt

I am trying to get help in getting a Receipt with a VAT number on it for an item that I bought last June so that I can give to the manufacturer of the product that has a warranty on it and need to fix it but must have a valid receipt

Unless you are a VAT registered trader there is no obligation to supply you with a tax invoice.  

All you can do  is to contact the seller from your records.  

It is very difficult to enforce any warranties for goods bought on-line I'm afraid
