Purchased goods as pre order, paid and not received to date

Hi I ordered a total of 4 items from the same seller on a pre order basis.  I paid and was informed it was standards that it could take 4/5 months for delivery.

2 x items paid for Dec 2023

1 x July 2024

1 x September 2024.

Every contact resulted in we will check and it will be 4-6 weeks.  As you can see from the dates this has gone on and on.  I now want to get a refund, but Ebay does not recognise the items and I have tried the chat bot but got no where.  I also can't find a number to call etc.  Can anyone kindly give me some advice or point me in the direction to get a refund as the company are not playing ball and gone quiet.

I am afraid your seller broke the rules and you have been timed out of using eBay to get a refund.

You could try your funding source, or PayPal if you paid that way, for a claim.
