I purchased a toy for my son in his cars as a guest! Terrible idea!
I didn’t know that being a guest it is impossible to track parcel or contact seller, and proving difficult to get effective help from eBay customer service also. They sent me an email with links that don’t work and I get nowhere! Requested a call… nothing!
I just need to contact the seller to understand why item hasn’t arrived yet!
request refund etc!!!
I have a very upset child waiting and a frustrating mum here losing lots of time on something to be simple to deal with if I could just click on the buttons ‘offered’!!!
