Purchased a watch, which arrived, in a post office plastic bag saying content may be damaged if so ring them, the watch was missing, the envelope had been torn open & watch taken, I rang there susport phone number, only to be told I have to contact the seller, which I have who has not replied, help, I don't no what to do next

You open ebay case for not as described, seller supplies returns label you post packaging and RM bag to seller for full refund.
Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.
It is up to seller to claim from RM.

The procedure for obtaining refund for an item that is not as described is explained below.
Whatever you do, DO NOT say that you didn't receive the watch. If anything was delivered, even an empty parcel, the seller could simply provide proof of delivery and eBay would reject your claim. You need to state that it was not as described because what was delivered was an empty bag. (And keep the empty bag, because the seller could ask for it to be returned before a refund is given.)
