Problems with selling UK to UK

Hi, I’m a seller and I’ve been contacted by a buyer that is getting an error message when trying to purchase my items. The error message say This seller does not deliver to your address.

All of my settings/preferences say otherwise anybody able to help with this?

The courier may not deliver to outlying areas, such as parts of Scotland, but you could try putting their ID on your exemption list to see if that helps:

I have tried this and still the issue is occurring. EBay have told me to ask the buyer to contact them! Very strange as the delivery is only one county from where I am

I suppose if the buyer contacts ebay they can check their account for any anomalies.   Or maybe it's a glitch that'll clear up tomorrow.   You never know with ebay these days!
