I recently purchased from EBay and received compensation. The seller is now emailing me that she wants the goods back. That was not part of the compensation deal as I accepted a partial refund and no need to return the goods. Can you help.

You are correct if a partial refund was accepted that means you get to keep the item.

Send the seller a polite message explaining that a full refund only,   instigates the return of an item.

They should not have agreed to a partial refund if they wanted a return of their item.
