Purchase history

Trying to check date of purchase for an item I bought last year .

Search all only goes back to begining of 2025 

Serach 2024 result comes back no items 

Anyone else having the same issues ?

You need the See Orders link at top right of the list on your purchase history page,  below the search tab.

Which device or browser are you using?

I don't use the app it's too limited,  so not sure if that,  or the mobile browser shows 7 years of Purchases like a laptop .

If you can,  switch to a laptop / PC and use Chrome.  Then, far right on our Purchase History page from See orders All:  Click on the down arrow , and select the year you wish to view,  it goes back to 2017.
