Selling costs

I recently sold some items that seem to have had selling costs deducted from them that I do not recognise. It just says selling costs but it’s not postage as far as I can tell. How can I find out exactly what these costs are?

It would be very useful if you set out the details as advised by ebay. Guessing without any information is difficult.
