Purchase history not visable.

I purchased 7 items on the 13th June 2024. They are not visible in my purchase history. Does anyone know a phone number, so I can ring ebay up? Cheers members.

Before you contact ebay go to Ebay help at the top of the page and your purchases should come up.

If they dont the perhaps you were not signed into ebay when you bought them.

Check your personal email address that is connected to your account and if you bought as a guest they will be there.

If still nothing there then

Weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Weekends they open between 9 a.m. aand 6 p.m.

There is no phone number for eBay, it's a Live C hat or a Call back option, but you do not need to contact CS for this.

Use a PC / laptop preferably,  go to your Purchase History page, along the top tabs click on Show Hidden.

However,  if you made those purchases as ' Guest Purchases',  those will not show up on your eBay account.

Guest purchases will not appear in your eBay purchases.. Using a PC/Laptop, ... see if you can find the email  Guest order Transaction number details using the Blue button in the link below and open suitable cases there if necessary >
