Purchase faulty after 30 day

Purchased a mirror for a camper and on fitting, it was faulty.  the seller says it can’t be refunded as it’s after 30 days what’s my warranty period and how do I get eBay to help as it says appeal can’t be changed

eBay's deadline for claims is 30 days, they don't get involved with warranties.    You could contact your payment provider and see if they will help.

You have 30 days from receipt to open a claim with eBay anything after this has to be done by other means
