Promoted listing offer banner

I see Ebay is doing £10 off Promoted listings.

I clicked the banner to claim the offer, but then it signed me out and I have to log back in again.

Have repeated this several times, but no confirmation if the offer has been applied or not.
Also, does it apply to existing promoted listings?

Anyone else having this same issue?

To check if activated goto your seller hub and check your promotional events. If its not activated you can do it from there.

You are heading for trouble, used cosmetics including part used perfumes are not allowed.
