Hello, I recently bought ebay starter store subscription and I am an Above Standard Seller. I can't find option of promoted listing where I can find it. As I am an Above Standard Seller and Ebay has policy that a seller must be Above Standard or Top Rated to be eligible for advertising. How can I open an option for promoted listing?
