I have had a parcel delivered to my designated pick up point. Unfortunately the seller and yodel have not included a ecp code and my pick up point will not allow me the parcel without this.
I have mailed the seller who has instructed me to contact yodel . I have tried that this morning it would appear you cannot speak with a real person , only automated service telling me my parcel has been delivered!
Just mailed the seller back that I see no option but to start a dispute. Any advice good folk ?
