Does anyone know how long it takes for listings to update when changing from a private to a business account? I upgraded on Thursday but listings still have the Buyers Protection Fee included. Thanks in advance.

I believe it will be a few days as your items need to be re indexed. You also need to ensure that you have updated your returns policy so if your items show no returns accepted this will need updating which should clear and or speed up matters.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much. Frustration over! I went and updated my returns policy and the listings updated straight away. 🙏
