Problem with completing a listing

Hello.  For the past few day's I've been getting this message, "looks like something is missing or invalid. please fix any issues and try again. immediate payment" when I try to complete my listing. 

The info re Immediate payment is "To require immediate payment, you must specify a Buy it now price."

I am choosing the auction option, so immediate payment / buy it now price aren't relevant. 

How do I make it work?

During the listing process click on "See pricing options" on the righthand side of the "Pricing" section, and de-select the option for Buy It Now.

Thank you for your reply. I already have it deselected, and still it
doesn't work. And I've made sure it is deselected before trying a new
listing from scratch. Still won't work.
