Hi everyone, I'm trying to return an item that was not as described I received the item that not as described, started the return process and the seller has accepted the return and issued a refund before I printed the return label. I've tried all ways and it keeps taking me to the return summary with no options ror printing the return label. I then informed the seller I was having a problem and told him it may possibly be because he issued the refund before I had printed the label and asked him for help. He says he did the return via ebays return service.
In further correspondence he's given me his phone number and said to call him and hive him my paypal details so he can give me the £2.94 through paypel.
My problem is during correspondence he sent me the response to the message he sent to eBay where he stated "he disputes the reason for return" with the comment of me saying something I didn't say.
This sets alarm bells ringing in my head so I don't want to call him and give him my paypal details, I just want to print the label and return the item without cost to myself.
I just can't print the label and I think it's either he hasn't issued the label or it's down to him giving me the return before I had sent the item back which may have essentially closed the case. I've been unable to contact a real person from ebay and there's no automated section that covers my problem,
