hi has anybody had a problem accessing their outstanding payments balance. I had no problem transferring my balance to my bank account. It asked me to confirm my identity as normal which I did it then just went round in a circle and took me back to confirming my identity. I’ve reinstalled the app. I’ve tried doing it from the website not the app and I’ve tried a different device. I’ve turned my device on and off and rebooted it but still no joy. Any ideas anyone?
