Private Selling Fees Scrapped

Hi Does anybody know if the article on the Daily Mail is correct or not about fees being scrapped for private sellers. When you go to the selling fees it still is saying the old amount . If anybody sells something to can they let us all know if it is true or not

Well there was a lot of speculation on the boards lately but it is mainly true,optional upgrades are still charged as well as international fees

From a quick look at what you are selling there is no way you are selling off unwanted personal possessions.   You are clearly a business trading illegally on a private account and not entitled to free listing or selling promotions.
