Private Seller no parcel postage or custom option available ? help

When I go to list a large handbag the only option I can pick is royal mail tracked @ £3.39 (shoe box size) but I know it will be more in postage cost because of the size, I wanted to opt for large box but when I enter the weight and dimensions nothing happens !!! help please. thank you

I do  not understand, Royal Mail tracked has clearly defined weights and measurements, not shoe box or large box.

You would do far better to buy postage direct from Royal Mail or at the Post Office.

Hi thanks for reply but as I mentioned in my post the option to choose
parcel is not working now, it was last week !!
