I recently purchased a 3m extension socket and USB block from a Chinese seller on here. It frankly looked fragile and shonky! I then saw a you tube video of a strip down of one of these by an electrician and I was shocked! The Plug is not fused for one and the inside of it are downright dangerous. If you have one of these or thinking of buying one think again and watch this video! If the item was located in China - unfortunately you as the importer are responsible for ensuring the safety of the item.

I'd only buy these kind of items from a reputable UK business seller, either online or bricks and mortar. It's vital that items such as these are UK and EU safety compliant, they don't have to be if you're buying direct from China, you would be classed as the importer here.
