I am based in the UK.
I have an item listing that is set to allow International delivery, when I view the listing, under the "Posts To:" information, Ireland is listed.
A potential buyer located in Ireland, has tried to purchase the item, but is being told "unfortunately this seller will not deliver to Ireland".
I seem to be unable to raise a customer service request as the buyer is not able to raise an order and there is no option for me to report a problem with a potential buyer not being able to buy an item. I am only able to request support for an ordered item.
Any ideas welcome as to what I can do to address/report this problem?
