I stupidly paid using an old card right at the time when I was updating details to the new card. Can’t seem to get through to the seller even though the item is already posted. How can I find out if the seller got paid?
Click on View Order Details on the right of the item on your purchases list, just above the blue Buy Again tab. You will see Payment info on the right of the next page.
