A buyer paid for an item on 1 Dec at 9.30pm so I went to print the label but instead of the postage date saying ' post by 3 Dec' which is my usual 48 hour window it says ' post by 1st Dec'. I've tried to find out what to do as I don't know if Royal Mail will accept it ( I live in a rural area so trips to the post office take some time) and I can't find an option to cancel and re print a new label. Has this happened to anyone else? And what did you do ? Thanks
