Posting with Evri who cant deliver

I posted an item to a buyer via Evri. They attempted delivery on two occasions. The first on a Friday the second the following Monday). I received a notification saying they had tried to deliver the parcel 3 times and were now returning it to me. I contacted Evri and they are unwilling to resolve this..

Has anyone had a similar experience that they were able to resolve?

You make sure the tracking is on the item in your sold section. If you bought through ebay Packlink the it should be on automatically.

You wait until the buyer opens a Not recieved dispute.

You should win as ebay accept delivered or attempted delivery.

Why should Evri resolve it when they have tried to deliver 3 times?.

That is all they need to do.

If you do receive the item back then you wait for the Not received dispute and refund the buyer

Annoying but that is what you should do
