My lap top is new and in compatible with my printer so up until yesterday it was still not a problem because three options were given one oh which was to email the label to someone else which I did.  Emailing to my husbands lap top and printing from there.  Yesterday this was no longer an option.  I tried everyday hat I could to Emil the labels to my husbands lap top and managed it in the end but it wouldn't print off my husbands lap top.  Instead of the usual blue write ng to click on it came up with a "blob" message with the label appearing below.  When I clicked on the blue writing to see what it would print the blue writing appeared but not the label.

I got in touch with the Ebay Chatline and spoke to an agent.  I was with them for nearly two hours and they ended up saying thatI had to take my lap top to a computer specialist and get them to solve the problem!!!!  Why should I do this when it is Ebay that has caused the problem.

I have other problems with this "Simple" delivery like the wrong label being printed and the postage being insufficient and also not being able to alter the label for multiple items(combined postage).  Ebay doesnt have any solutions to these problems.  Has any one else had the same problems?

Are you still having issues printing labels?  There was a Royal Mail, not eBay issue which has been fixed,  and affecting everyone,  no one could print off labels.

With combining postage under Simple Delivery?    Yep,  it's still a technical issue, why so long to fix this?  Nobody knows!

If postage was purchased though Simple Delivery and you now post all the items together the buyer will receive a refund for the unused labels they paid for, might be worth sending them a message explaining this,  and that it may take up to / over 30 days for the refund to appear.

The best way forward would be to cancel all items, of course,  with the buyer's acceptance, and relisting them as one, so there's one  important tracking number, one postage price. Ensure any message to your buyer makes it very clear the reason why the items are being cancelled,  that they are to be relisted on eBay again,  for the buyer to buy, leave no room for doubt that this is Not an off eBay sale.

Some sellers are leaving a message on their listing,  for example.....   ' If you wish to buy multiple items,  please let me know before buying,  I will relist them as one listing so only one postage cost is charged, combining postage is not currently possible. '
