Posting on the IPAD APP

Hi guys , I’ve noticed during the last 2 weeks I’ve been unable to change from simply delivery to the Royal Mail option. My parcel setting seems to be stuck on 1 kg no matter what I do . So I have to send everything by simple delivery at 1kg 🤔My only other option is to come out of my app and use eBays selling hub which seems more long winded , any ideas please

Using the app and not being on the Seller Hub is causing you these issues.

Can you switch to the more reliable laptop / PC and use Chrome that's the best Combo.  If not,  you will need to use the Seller Hub to proceed with Simple Delivery on the app.
