Has any one had an issue with removing late delivery rate because of Postal courier indicated late delivery Posted after dispatch time.
This is my concern with the late delivery rate. It is very contradicting, I can understand getting a late delivery rate for posted after dispatch time but also in the same token for the same item you receive postal courier indicated late delivery which in some cases that is not true you may have dispatched after the date but the item was delivered by the estimated delivery date.
Has any one else had this same issue? I have seen this as well when the shop is on time away and dispatch days and estimated delivery are unrealistic. Ebay is using the estimated delivery as if the shop was open and not on time away which extends the delivery date.
