Postage

Hi listed an item and chose simple postage. This has been paid by the buyer but won't cover the size of the box.  I could cancel and relist with the correct postage but would rather pay the correct postage and not use the label. Is there a way to mark as despatched without using the prepaid label?

Yes, just open the SD label and that will mark item as dispatched and show you the buyer's address.    It will remain unused and if the buyer paid for it it will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.

You can add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.

If buyer paid for label while you can cancel and buy your own, you will be out of pocket as you cannot ask buyer for more, and refund for cancelled label will be refunded to buyer, not you.
