I’ve sent an item with Royal Mail and not realised I’d selected prepaid postage label and I’d like to know how select posted on my account? The customer has received the item which was posted.

Using Simple Delivery,  as soon as you purchase an SD label,  it marks the item as dispatched,  there's no separate action you need to take.

You are a new seller so your payouts may be held a little longer as soon as you are established as a good seller payouts are released as soon as the buyer pays.

To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:

• Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years 
• Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months
