I've just sold my first item on Ebay. I've agreed to send it Tracked 48 but I want to change that to Special Delivery - I will pay. Can I use the same label and change it at the post office or do I need to change the label first?

You can't use the Ebay label and you can't change it.

You will need to use the details from the label for the buyer's name and address but you shouldn't print or attach the label.

Take the book to the Post Office and pay for your Special Delivery postage there.

As you have offered free delivery, you can claim back the cost of the Ebay Simple delivery label.

If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling
