Postage

Hello 

I sell regularly on behalf of a local greyhound rehoming charity 

When I. List my items on eBay I select impost delivery and tracking 

How ever I past week or so when people purchase items it comes up with Evi parcel delivery 

I am not happy using the company 

As. They have broken two items already during transit and have had to remebuse the buyer 

I ve email eBay and waiting for reply 

In the meantime I am cancelling orders and explaining I do not wish to use the company 

I know they might be cheaper but personally I don't wish to use them 

Any quick solution to the problem

Knock off evri, you will then only have royal mail.

I don't see the little charity ribbon on any of your listings?

With 1000 listed items, you should be registered as a business anyway,even charities have to.

When you do, you can select your own postage.
