Postage

I’ve sold an item and selected postage thro Royal Mail, it say up to 20kgs allowed and my item is 5kg and the post office won’t accept it unless I buy my own shipping and scrap the label the purchaser brought

You can cancel the label and buy your own.   Go to orders, select postage labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label.

When you buy your own postage remember to add the tracking number and mark dispatched manually via the dropdown actions arrow for the item on your orders page.

When you purchase the label on eBay you need to select one for the correct weight and size.

20kg is the maximum,the bands are up to 2,10 and 20 kg if it was your wheel trims the £5.15 price was for a 2kg  parcel which is why it was refused at the Post Office.

You need to follow **peaseblossom** advice and cancel the existing label and purchase another for the correct weight and size
