Postage

Hi All

I printed an eBay postage label, and took parcel to post office. Found out the weight was more. Ended up buying new postage. Trying to cancel eBay postage and states that parcel has been sent for delivery (I ticked “parcel sent” before actually going to post office) My payment is “on hold” even though the buyer has received the parcel. 
Have msg’ed automated help - no good?

What can I do next?

You should never rely on ebay postage, weigh for yourself, it is simple enough to do and get postage correct first time. Saves a lot of aggravation.

Yes, a bit rusty selling on eBay and forgot to check weight on postage against actual weight. Lesson learnt
